BikeTrac supports Riders for Health charity relay

Bike Trac is pleased to announce that it is to support a non-stop motorcycle relay, with all funds raised being donated to the Riders for Health charity.

The challenge will see 23 motorcycle club members from all over the country, dubbed The Snug, relaying one Royal Enfield Bullet kindly donated by Wallasey Motorcycles, around the 4,000 mile coastline of Great Britain. The aim is to raise £10,000 for the Riders for Health charity, while also honouring the memories of two members of the club who recently passed away.

With the relay getting underway in Blackpool on Monday 11 August, renowned motorcycle tracking specialist Bike Trac will be following the 4,000-miles-in-four-days adventure, with users able to track the team's progress live via an online portal.

Bike Trac's Carys Seabourne commented, "The Snug challenge is a fitting way to remember their members who have sadly passed away and we're very pleased to be able to offer our support.

"It's also an excellent way to raise money for such a great charity like Riders for Health. Through the Bike Trac event site you will be able to follow the team's progress live as they make their way around the coastline."

Snug member Callum Stuart said, "Despite the geographic distance we're a close-knit community of riders who value the support, friendship and advice we all share.

"When we lost two of our members recently in tragic circumstances we wanted to honour their legacy and in so doing support the excellent work that Riders for Health do.

"It's not going to be easy; on practical and organisational levels there are so many things to consider. One tiny oversight could jeopardise the whole challenge so we can't thank enough the sponsors and supporters that have gotten us to this point."
